Hi everyone welcome to DAB Technologies. Xiaomi is a Chinese Smartphone giant popularly known as Mi. Xiaomi had launched Mi Mix in 2016 with a completely bezeless design. Xiaomi had set the benchmark in the Smartphone industry with Mi Mix. Now Xiaomi has come up with the second installment of its most talked about smartphone. Xiaomi has launched Mi Mix2 with the improvements over the last years Mi Mix.
Xiaomi Mi Mix2 is smaller than its predecessor. It comes with 5.99inch OLed display panel. it has a small bezels at the bottom where front camera has been placed in the corner. I know that the position is awkward but xiaomi had no other choice keeping in mind that that the screen to body ratio is 18:9 with no bezels on the top.
You will get a Charger, USB Type C to 3.5mm headphone jack converter and a Black Plastic case. Yes Xiaomi has skipped on 3.5mm headphone jack this time.Xiaomi Mi Mix2 looks good because of it Ceramic Back and side frame is made of 7000 series aluminum.The 5.99inch screen on Mi Mix2 is of Full HD+ with the resolution of 2160x1080p. It has a rounded corners which will give you a good grip but a ceramic back is quite slippery so i will suggest to use the phone with a plastic case that comes with it in the box. It accepts two nano sim cards. There is no room for expansion. The internal storage option is 128gb.It has a 12MP rear camera and 5MP front camera which are capable of taking some good pictures. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC which is an Octa core Processor. The Battery capacity is 3400mAh which is not that great.The overall performance of the smartphone is very good but the battery backup kind of ok.It comes with 6gb Ram so the phone can handle anything that you throw at it. The Price of Mi Mix2 in India is Rs.27,999.It comes with Android Nougat 7.1.1 out of the box.
Conclusion:- I won't recommend this phone to those who want a flagship smartphone in 2018 as the phone and processor is 1 year old but the design of Mi Mix2 is futuristic so those who are looking for a smartphone with good design can go for this smartphone.
