Huawei's sub-brand Honor had recently launched Honor View 20 in China, which is also known as Honor V20. Honor has also launched a special Moschino edition. This is the first Honor smartphone to come with Indisplay Camera which is also called the punch hole display. The Indisplay camera is placed on the top left corner of the display.
At present Honor V20 has only launched in China but it is expected to launch globally as Honor View 20 in January 2019. Let us have a look at its specifications.
Honor View 20 comes with Kirin 980 processor which is an Octa core Processor and is built on 7nm technology. Kirin Processors are Huawei/ Honor specific as Huawei makes them. It comes with 4000mAh Battery with support for Huawei's SuperCharge. The output of Huawei SuperCharge adapter is 22.5W. It comes with Dual Rear Cameras the first sensor is 48MP Sony IMX586 and the second sensor is a 3D camera sensor. The front camera is a 25MP sensor located on the top left corner within the display(punch hole display).The Display on Honor View 20 is of 6.40 inch with the resolution is 1080x2340 pixels that is 398ppi. The screen to body ratio is 19.5:9.It comes in three storage and two RAM options 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. Honor has also included Liquid Cooling which might keep Honor View 20 cool even while extensive usage. There is a Dual Sim slot with no room for expansion that means no SD card slot. Honor has introduced some new features with The View 20 the first one is GPU Turbo 2.0 technology, it will help you in playing high end /graphic intensive games without any stutters or lags. The second feature that Honor introduced is Link Turbo feature, what it does is that it combines WiFi and Data speeds simultaneously to get good internet speeds for browsing, downloading and so on. There is also a new feature called GPU Cloud by which you can remotely play games at present only two games are supported Tomb Raider and Need For Speed. Over time more games will support this feature.
The 3D camera sensor on the rear helps in capturing 3D pictures which will help for good AR(Augmented Reality) experience. Honor View 20 comes with a physical fingerprint scanner on the back. It comes with Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, NFC. There is also Micro USB 2.0 port. Honor View 20 comes with EMUI 9 which is built on top of Android v9 Pie.
Now let's talk about the pricing, the price of 6GB/128GB Variant is priced at CNY 2999 ( USD 436 and INR 30,492), 8GB/128GB variant is priced at CNY 3499( USD 508 and INR 35,576) and the last 8GB/256GB variant is priced at CNY 3999( USD 581 and INR 40,659). It comes in three colour options Red, Blue and Black.
