Yesterday RealMe2 was announced in India.After a huge success of RealMe1 everyone was waiting for its successor. ReaMe team has said that a real successor of RealMe1 will be a pro version of RealMe 2 which will be launched soon. Let's know more about RealMe2.
Box Contents:- Sim ejector pin, TPU case, Micro USB cable, Oppo branded Charging adapter with output of 5V at 2Amp, RealMe2 with Screen protector preapplied and some papers.
Design:- It comes with a Diamond cut design like RealMe1. It comes with a Plastic Built. It comes with a notch which has a ear piece and front camera. Power button is placed to the right and on the left you will find 2 Sim+ Micro SD card slot and Volume buttons.Micro USB port, Speaker, 3.5mm headphone jack and microphone are placed at the bottom, there is no secondary mic. Dual Cameras and Fingerprint scanner are placed on the back. The Build of the phone feels solid but is plastic. It is 8.2mm thick and weighs 165g.
Specifications:- RealMe2 comes with 6.2 inch HD+ Display with a resolution of 720p with screen to body percentage of 88.8%, it has a notch and comes with a Gorilla glass protection. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa Core Processor clocked at 1.8ghz and Adreno 506 GPU. It comes with 4230 mAh battery which is capable of giving you a good battery backup. It comes in two RAM options 3gb and 4gb. There are two internal storage options 32gb and 64gb. It comes with Dual Rear Cameras the first sensor is of 13MP with aperture of f2.2 and the second sensor is of 2MP for depth sensing. The Rear Cameras perform Okish. RealMe2 comes with 8MP front camera with aperture of f2.2. Front camera performs good. You can record videos upto 1080p. Although the display is 720p but the quality of display is good. It accepts dual nano sim and has a dedicated SD card slot which will accept memory card upto 256gb. It supports dual active 4g and will support VoLTE on both slots. It also comes with inbuilt face unlock feature and it performs quite well. It comes with COLOR OS 5.2 which is built on top of Android 8.1 Oreo and has many new features. Now let's talk about gaming performance. You will face lags while playing games like Asphalt 9 or PUBG. You will see that the Phone lags while playing PUBG at low graphic settings. Phone heats up while playing PUBG at low settings. RealMe might solve it by providing software updates.
Conclusion :- I would suggest you to wait for the real successor of RealMe1 and if you are a heavy user then don't go for this device. Sound Output from speaker is just average.
