Fuchsia OS: Will it replace Android?

The first Android Beta version was released in 2007 most of us didn't knew that in future it will overtak IOS at such a fast rate. At present 80% of the smartphones run on Android OS. When it comes to Laptops and Computers many people love using Windows and Mac OS on  these devices over Chrome OS. Because of this reason Google came up with the idea of Fuchsia OS. 

Fuchsia OS will work on Smartphones and Computers. It will cover all devices like Computers, Laptos, Tablets, Smartphones and Televisions(maybe or may not be) . Basically Google is trying to build an Eco system of connected devices. 

Fuchsia OS is a new operating system which is being developed by Google to get rid of the limitations of Android. At initial stages it will be developed for smartphones and will evolve further. Fuchsia OS is not like any other Operating system, it is a completely different OS. Fuchsia OS is not like Android and Chrome OS. It will not be based on Linux Kernel.
The Home screen of Fuchsia OS has a cards layout, the cards include different features, apps, settings, user profiles, Google assistant and there will be gesture support as well. You can also arrange the cards according to your liking. The OS looks very simple but many people may not like homescreen full of cards. I think the main reason why Google is creating Fuchsia OS is because they probably need a single OS on all its products be it Smartphone, Chromebook, Google Home, Smart Speakers, etc. Google's Fuchsia OS might replace Android in next 4 years according to speculations. 

With Fuchsia OS Google is working on creating an entirely new working framework. Fuchsia OS will be developed from the beginning by Google’s best programming experts. The New OS will be developed on a new micro kernel which will be created by Google. The micro kernel on which Fuchsia's code will be founded is classified as "Zircon", It was also known as "Magenta".
Google is developing Fuchsia OS to overcome short comings of Android like security updates and voice interactions. One of the advantages that Fuchsia OS will have over Android is that, it will get OS and Security patch updates from Google, like Apple provides IOS updates to iPhones. Unlike Android as Most of the Android smartphones get Android updates according to OEM's. Fuchsia OS will never be dependent on OEM's for OS updates as it will be Google specific.
According to a report " Most of the iPhone users update their phones when Apple releases OS updates while less than 10 percent of the OEM's release latest Android updates" This means very few Android users get to experience latest features released by Google with the latest version of Android. With Fuchsia they will have full control over the operating system unlike Android.
